We distinguish a certification, a public self-assessment, a readiness roadmap, and an independent report. Provider credentials apply to the provider's scope and do not certify WiBiz.
CSA STAR Level 1
Digital Benefits Pte Ltd, trading as WiBiz, has a company-completed CAIQ self-assessment published in the CSA STAR Registry on 28 April 2026. Level 1 is self-assessed and is not an independent audit or certification. The submitted responses are under factual refresh before reuse in procurement.
Cyber Essentials (2025) for ICT Vendors
Digital Benefits Pte Ltd, trading as WiBiz, is certified to CSA Cybersecurity Certification, Cyber Essentials (2025) for ICT Vendors. Certificate number Cyber Essentials-2026-0084, valid from 19 August 2026 to 18 August 2028. The certification covers three pillars: Classical Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Security. This is the ICT Vendors scheme, a deeper extension of the base Mark. Current certificate status is verifiable in the TÜV SÜD directory of certified companies.
Data Protection Trustmark
Readiness activity does not constitute certification. No current DPTM certificate is claimed.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
WiBiz is not currently certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Internal readiness work and provider certifications do not certify WiBiz.
SOC 2
No SOC 2 examination report has been issued for WiBiz. SOC 2 is an examination and report, not a certification.
A new status is published only when scope, issuing body or assessor, issue date, expiry date, artifact, and approval are verified. Contact the security team for an evidence request tied to the service being assessed.
